Bungie may access, preserve and disclose your account information if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process
Bungie reserves the right to share your private account information with law enforcement or government agencies.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bungie... from any and all claims, losses, obligations, damages, liabilities, costs or debt and expenses (including attorney’s fees)
