Arbitration Agreement

PLEASE READ AMTRAK’S MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED.

You are required to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court.

Modifications

We reserve the right at any time to: Change the terms and conditions... Your continued use of the Site following such changes will be deemed your acceptance of such changes.

Amtrak can change these terms at any time without notice, and you agree to the new terms by continuing to use the site.

Limitation of Liability

AMTRAK'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES... SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

The company caps its total liability to you at $100, regardless of the damages incurred.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Amtrak... harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)

You are responsible for paying the company's legal costs if your actions lead to a claim against them.

Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate these Terms of Use... at any time and for any reason, with or without cause.

Amtrak can terminate your account or access to the site at any time for any reason.
