What the terms actually say

Section 17.1 — Binding Arbitration

THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS THEY MAY HAVE TO TRIAL, BY JURY OR OTHERWISE, IN REGARD TO ARBITRAL CLAIMS.

You are forced into private arbitration and lose your right to sue in court or join a class action.

Section 6.3 — AI Training License

By submitting any content to the Site, You grant Us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use... including without limitation for use with, training of and improving Our machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.

The company claims a perpetual, irrevocable right to use your uploaded content to train their AI models.

Section 1.5.1 — Unilateral Modifications

We reserve the right to do so, and You agree that We have this unilateral right. You agree that all modifications or changes to this Agreement are in force and enforceable immediately upon posting.

The company can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and you are bound by the new terms immediately.

Section 9.5 — Liability Cap

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR MAXIMUM TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY HEREUNDER FOR DIRECT DAMAGES EXCEED... TEN EUROS (10.00 EUR), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The company limits its total financial liability to you to 10 Euros, regardless of the harm caused.

Section 2.3.1 — Account Deletion

In accordance with Our Privacy Policy, You also have the right to delete Your account and all information that We store about You permanently.

You have an explicit right to request the permanent deletion of your account and stored data.
