You are required to pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if a third party sues them because of your actions.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Sexvid.xxx... BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER... THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
The company disclaims all responsibility for any harm, including data breaches or service interruptions, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Sexvid.xxx shall not condone child pornography and will cooperate with all governmental agencies that seek those who produce child pornography.
