If you lose a lawsuit against Apple, you are on the hook for their legal costs.
Apple may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site, for cause, which includes... (2) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions).
You have the explicit right to request the deletion of your account.
