What the terms actually say

Section 7.1 — User Content License

you grant CrazyGames a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferrable, sub-licensable and irrevocable license to use your User Content

You grant the company a permanent, irrevocable right to use your content for any purpose, including marketing, even after you leave.

Section 11.3 — Liability Cap

the aggregate liability of CrazyGames to you... is limited to EUR 500.

The company limits its total financial responsibility to you to 500 Euros, regardless of the actual damages incurred.

Section 14 — Changes to Terms

You will be notified in advance of any updated and/or changed terms

The company promises to provide advance notice before changing the terms of service.

Section 4.7 — Account Closure

You may close your Account with CrazyGames at any time via the Platform.

You have the right to delete your account and terminate the agreement at any time through the platform.

Section 15.7 — Jurisdiction

Any and all disputes... shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Leuven.

Legal disputes must be handled in the courts of Leuven, Belgium, which may be inconvenient for international users.
