MediaFire reserves the right to terminate your access to any and/or all parts of the Services at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.

MediaFire can shut down your account at any time for any reason without telling you beforehand.

MEDIAFIRE TERMS OF SERVICE

MediaFire (also referred herein as “us”, “we” or “our”) may modify the Agreement which will become effective immediately upon its posting to the website. Your continued use of the website and any associated services indicates your acceptance of changes to the Agreement after being notified of such changes.

The company can change the terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL MEDIAFIRE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MEDIAFIRE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

If they break something, they only owe you what you paid them in the last year.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold MediaFire and its affiliates... harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, obligations, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees

If MediaFire gets sued because of your content, you have to pay their legal bills.

GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data.

You have clear rights to manage and delete your personal data.

CONTENT – IT’S YOURS

You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content.

You own the files you upload to the service.
