Section 4 — Payment and Auto-renewal

Paid Surfshark Services renew automatically at the end of each service period

Your subscription will automatically renew and charge your payment method unless you cancel.

Section 11 — Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Surfshark... from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs)

You are financially responsible for legal fees and damages if someone sues the company because of your actions.
