What the terms actually say

Section 7.3 — AI Training

We may process the AI Assistant Interaction Data for the purposes of providing, improving and developing the AI Assistant and Propush.me services.

The company uses your inputs and interactions to train and improve their AI models.

Section 19.4 — Modifications

Propush.me reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time.

The company can unilaterally rewrite the contract without providing you with any prior notice.

Section 2.1 — Termination

We may accept or reject your account registration at any time at our sole discretion for any reason.

The company has the right to terminate your access to the service for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

Section 12.3 — Jurisdiction

Each party irrevocably agrees, for the sole benefit of Propush.me that... the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

You are forced to resolve all legal disputes in Cyprus, regardless of where you live.

Section 17.5 — Government Disclosure

In the event that the Receiving Party is required to disclose Confidential Information... wherever situated, whether or not the requirement for information has the force of law.

The company may share your data with government or regulatory bodies even if the request is not legally binding.

Section 15.1 — Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either Party upon two (2) business days´ notice.

You are required to provide two business days' notice to terminate the agreement.
