Section 10 — Class Action Waiver

You and Standard Notes agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

You waive your right to join a class action lawsuit and must pursue claims individually.

Section 7 — Modification to the Terms of Service

Standard Notes reserves the right to change these Terms at any time within applicable law. Continued use of your account or services, including not deleting your account after changes, means you accept these changes.

The company can update these terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Section 4 — Indemnification

You agree to protect Standard Notes and its affiliates... from any third-party claims, demands, or damages related to your use of your account or our services. This includes covering all losses, damages, costs, and legal fees.

You must pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they are sued due to your use of the service.

Section 3 — Limited Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages related to your account or services is limited to the amount you paid us.

Section 6 — Terms of Payment

You can cancel within 15 days for Productivity plans and 90 days for Professional plans of initial purchase for a refund.
