What the terms actually say

Section 11.2 — Arbitration

All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration... and ALL USERS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING ANY CLAIM AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF A PROPOSED CLASS.

You are forced to resolve disputes through private arbitration and are prohibited from joining class action lawsuits.

Section 4.2.1(a) — User Content License

By using the Services, you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right and license to Sketchfab to use, reproduce, publicly display, adapt, modify, reformat, and distribute User Content...

You grant the company a permanent, irrevocable right to use and modify your content, which survives even if you delete your account.

Section 15(a) — AI Training Pledge

Sketchfab agrees... that it will not use your User Content or license your User Content to third parties for use (i) in datasets utilized by Generative AI Programs...

The company explicitly commits not to use your content for training generative AI models.

Section 12 — Amendment

Registered Users will receive notification of forthcoming change one (1) month before the Agreement as amended is effective.

The company provides a reasonable 30-day notice period before changing the terms.

Section 8 — Intellectual Property Claims

Please be advised that we may share the details of your complaint with the User that owns the User Content that is the subject of your complaint, or with appropriate authorities (including law enforcement authorities) if Sketchfab in its sole discretion believes that such action is necessary...

The company reserves the right to share your information with law enforcement at its own discretion.
