What the terms actually say

Section 11.3 — Amendments

THREEMA may amend the Terms of Use without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance unless the User objects within 10 days.

The company can change the terms at any time without sending you a notification; you are responsible for checking for updates.

Section 6.3 — Availability

THREEMA may suspend or revoke Authorisation without notice for operational, legal, or violation reasons.

The company reserves the right to terminate your access to the service immediately and without prior warning.

Section 9.3 — User Liability and Indemnification

Users are liable for breaches they cause and must indemnify THREEMA against third-party claims resulting from their content or conduct, including legal costs.

If the company gets sued because of something you did, you are responsible for paying their legal bills and any damages.

Section 10.1 — Termination

Users may terminate usage by revoking their THREEMA-ID.

You have a clear, self-serve way to stop using the service and close your account.

Section 11.4 — Governing Law

Swiss law applies, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes shall be settled in Zurich courts.

Any legal disputes must be handled in Switzerland, which may be inconvenient or expensive for international users.
