Section 9 — User Content

you hereby grant us and our affiliates an irrevocable, unconditional, non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully paid-up, sub-licensable, transferable, universal and perpetual license to (a) copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, use, adapt, reformat, translate, make derivative work of, and otherwise exploit your User Content

You grant the company a permanent, worldwide, and irrevocable right to use, modify, and distribute your content in any media forever, even after you delete your account.

Section 22 — Dispute Resolution

For any unresolved Dispute, the parties agree that such Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre

You waive your right to sue in a local court and must instead use private, binding arbitration in Singapore.

Section 2 — Changes of these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes... By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

The company can change the rules at any time, and your continued use of the app counts as your legal agreement to those changes.

Section 3 — How and When We Share Your Personal Data

The company shares your personal data with third-party advertisers to build profiles and target you with ads.

Section 6 — Your Rights Over Your Personal Data

You can delete the content that you have posted to your account by signing into SHAREit application and use the Delete button... For permanently delete your account: 1. Sign in the SHAREit app. 2. Tap the Profile button at the top, enter the Account Center. 3. Tap Delete Account

The company provides a clear, self-serve mechanism to delete your account and data.
