What the terms actually say

1.3. Model Training

ANYSPHERE WILL NOT USE CONTENT TO TRAIN, OR ALLOW ANY THIRD PARTY TO TRAIN, ANY AI MODELS, UNLESS YOU’VE EXPLICITLY AGREED TO THE USE OF CONTENT FOR TRAINING.

Protective policy against unauthorized AI training.

15.2. LIABILITY CAP

THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE ANYSPHERE ENTITIES TO YOU... IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID... OR, IF GREATER, (B) $100.

Liability is capped at $100 for free users.

15.3. Limitations Period

you must initiate any proceeding or action asserting a federal claim within one (1) year... or a state law claim within two (2) years.

The company imposes a shortened statute of limitations on legal claims.

16.2. Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions

YOU AND ANYSPHERE AGREE THAT EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.

Users are forced to waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits.
