What the terms actually say

Section 9.4 — No Class Actions

You agree not to bring or participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action against LastPass.

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits, forcing you to pursue claims individually.

Section 7 — Indemnification

You will indemnify and defend us against any third party claim resulting from a breach of Section 1.2, 4.1 or 4.3.

You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if your use of the service leads to a third-party lawsuit.

Section 5 — Compliance with Laws

Where required to fulfill our legal obligations under applicable law, we will cooperate with reasonable requests from local, state, federal and international government authorities.

The company will disclose your data to government agencies when they deem it a legal requirement.

Section 9.10 — Entire Agreement

We will make a reasonable effort to provide you advance notice of any material changes to the Terms.

The company promises to notify you before updating the terms of service.

Section 3.3 — Effect of Termination

upon request, we will provide you with limited access to the Services for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, solely to enable you to retrieve or delete your data from the Services.

You are granted a 30-day window to export or remove your data after your account is closed.
