What the terms actually say

Section 6(b)(ii) — Termination

If you wish to terminate your account you may do so at any time... by sending written notice of cancellation to [email protected]

Cancellation is not a one-click process; it requires sending an email to the company.

Section 3(b) — Privacy

If you are a User you acknowledge and agree that we transfer your contact details (name and email) to Service Providers when you request the Agency Services.

The platform shares your personal contact information with third-party agencies to facilitate your project request.

Section 3(c) — Privacy

Service Providers shall delete User contact details if the Service Provider is not engaged to provide Agency Services

Agencies are required to delete your contact information if they do not contact you or are not hired.

Section 6(b)(i) — Termination

You may terminate your use of the Agency Partners Platform at any time by deleting your account.

You maintain the right to delete your account and stop using the platform at any time.
