What the terms actually say

Section 15 — Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF CISCO ... SHALL NOT EXCEED GREATER OF: (I) THE FEES PAID BY YOU ... OR (II) US$100.00.

Cisco limits its total financial liability to you to $100 or the amount you paid in the last year, whichever is higher.

Section 10(b) — Term and Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days prior written notice to the other party, with or without cause.

Cisco reserves the right to terminate your access to the service for any reason, provided they give you 30 days' notice.

Section 13(d) — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Us from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) arising from your or your Users’ violation of the AUP.

You are required to cover Cisco's legal costs and damages if your use of the service leads to a third-party lawsuit.

Section 13(a) — Ownership of Content

We make no claim to your trade names, logos and other trademarks or service marks (“Marks”) and Content and We will not sell your Content to third parties.

Cisco explicitly states they will not sell your user-generated content to third parties.

Section 17(c) — Updates to this Agreement

We may update the terms of this Agreement from time to time. If We do, We will post the updated terms or will otherwise notify you.

Cisco commits to providing notice when they update their terms of service.
