Section 14 — Dispute Resolution

If a dispute... is not amicably settled, it shall be subject to arbitration proceedings under the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

You cannot sue Samsung in court; you must use private arbitration.

You hereby acknowledge that SAMSUNG HEALTH may be changed, updated, or discontinued with or without prior notice.

Samsung reserves the right to modify or remove features without notifying you.

Section 11 — Limitation of Liability

SAMSUNG’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU... shall not exceed the amount you paid Samsung specifically for this service.

Samsung effectively caps its liability at zero dollars for free users.

Section 12 — INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS SAMSUNG... FROM ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES AND EXPENSES) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You must pay Samsung's legal bills if your use of the app leads to a lawsuit.

Section 9 — Termination

You can terminate these TOS by ceasing your use of the SERVICE, and uninstalling, deleting, and returning all related software.

You have a clear, self-serve way to end your relationship with the service.
