Section 18.1 — Mandatory Arbitration

USERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER CLAUSE.

You are required to resolve disputes through individual binding arbitration rather than in a court of law.

Section 9.3 — License to User Content

By submitting User Content... you automatically grant Company the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license... to use, publish, reproduce... such content... without payment to you or to any third parties.

The company claims a permanent, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute anything you post, forever.

Section 2.1 — Changes to this Agreement

We may change this Agreement from time to time in our sole discretion by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means.

The company can change the terms at any time and notify you through any method they deem reasonable, which may not be direct.

Section 15 — Indemnification

you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company Parties from and against all liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses and fees (including attorneys’ fees)

You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if they are sued due to your use of the service.
