If you do Share Content... you grant Ring an unlimited, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, store, delete, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content throughout the world for any purpose.
Ring claims a permanent, worldwide right to use your videos and content for any purpose, even after you delete your account.
We reserve the right to... make changes to... this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of any Offering after the effective date of any such change constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the change.
Ring can change these terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use counts as agreement.
You must ensure that Ring Offerings are only used in a manner that complies with applicable laws and regulations, including: (i) any required consent and notice to third parties relating to... use of facial recognition or other types of detection features.

Unless you notify us before a charge that you want to cancel or do not want to auto renew, you understand your Subscription Plan will automatically continue and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect the then-applicable subscription fees.
Ring will auto-renew your subscription and charge your card without sending you a reminder or notice.
Ring reserves the right... to terminate or suspend your rights to use or access the Services or your account... for any reason in its sole discretion.
Ring can shut down your account and delete your access at any time for any reason they choose.
