Section 5 — Restrictions

Partner may not videotape, stream, or record the Courses or copy or make any derivatives of the Course Materials or Courses.

This is a standard intellectual property protection clause for educational materials, not a user content license.

Section 9 — Term

The Term will automatically renew for successive Terms of one (1) year each

The agreement renews automatically unless notice is provided 30 days in advance.
