User Materials

you grant NPR... a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use... your User Materials in any and all media formats

By posting content, you give NPR a permanent, global license to use your work in any way they choose, forever.

Representations; Indemnity

You agree that you will indemnify and hold harmless NPR... from any and all claims, liabilities, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees

You are financially responsible for any legal costs NPR incurs if your content or use of the service leads to a lawsuit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL NPR... BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF $100.

NPR limits its total financial liability to you to $100, regardless of the harm caused.

INTRODUCTION; CONSENT TO TERMS

We may modify... these Terms of Use at any time by notifying you of the change in writing (including by email or by posting the modified Terms of Use)
