What the terms actually say

Section 11 — User Submitted Content

By submitting content to the Website, You grant Flatsix a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, and distribute your User Submitted Content.

You give the company permanent, irrevocable rights to use and modify anything you post, which they can also transfer to others.

Section 26 — Class Action Waiver

You agree not to act as a class representative or private attorney general, nor participate as a member of a class of claimants, with respect to any claim arising from or relating to use of the Website, Services, Privacy Policy, or these Terms of Service.

You are prohibited from joining or leading a class action lawsuit against the company.

Section 16 — Limitation of Liability

FLATSIX’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO EITHER THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FLATSIX OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The company limits its total financial responsibility to you to a maximum of $10.

Section 20 — Termination

Flatsix may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access or refuse service at any time, without notice, for any or no reason.

The company can delete your account or ban you whenever they want, for any reason, without telling you.

Section 17 — Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flatsix, its licensors, licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users... from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, attorneys’ fees, and expenses.

If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay their legal bills and damages.

Section 25 — Governing Law, Venue, and Personal Jurisdiction

Any claim or dispute... shall be decided exclusively by either the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara.

You must resolve all legal disputes in Santa Clara, California, regardless of where you live.
