If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay for their lawyers and any damages they are ordered to pay.
NBCUniversal and you agree that... neither party shall be required to arbitrate any claims against the other.
The company explicitly rejects forced arbitration, allowing you to take them to court.
We may modify these TOS, and such changes will be effective thirty (30) days following either notification to you or our posting of the changes.
The company provides a 30-day notice period before changes to the terms become effective.
