Section 9.5 — Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR MAXIMUM TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY HEREUNDER FOR DIRECT DAMAGES EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF NO MORE THAN ONE (1) MONTH... OR TEN EUROS (10.00 EUR), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We have every right to voluntarily cooperate with law enforcement or private aggrieved parties that We may be legally compelled to do so.

The company can volunteer your data to law enforcement without any legal process and without notifying you.

Section 2.3.1 — Account Deactivation

You have the option to cancel Your membership at any time through your profile settings. Then click on "Disable account", enter Your password and then click the "Deactivate account" option.

Account deletion is self-serve, free, and available directly from your profile settings.
