What the terms actually say

Section IV.3 — Modifications

ZEEL reserves the absolute right to modify, amend or alter the rules governing the Contest its sole discretion without giving any prior notice.

The company can change the rules of the contest at any time without telling you, and it is your responsibility to check for updates.

Section II.13 — Data Sharing

The Participant(s) acknowledge that by submitting their Entries, the Participant(s) are expressly granting ZEEL all required and necessary rights to use any and all information provided as a part of the Entries, in any manner as required by ZEEL, including sharing all the information provided with third parties.

By participating, you agree that the company can share your personal information with third parties for any purpose they deem necessary.

Section IV.2 — Content License

All rights... in any and all Entries of the Participants’ received shall vest solely and exclusively with ZEEL throughout the world in perpetuity.

The company owns your contest entries forever and can use them in any media without compensating you.

Section III.7 — Liability

In no event will the measure of damages include, nor will ZEEL be liable for, any amounts for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any party.

The company limits its legal liability, meaning you may be unable to recover damages even if they cause you harm.

Section IV.19 — Termination

ZEEL reserves the right to terminate and/or postpone the Contest without giving any prior notice to the Participant(s).

The company can cancel the contest at any time without warning, and you have no right to challenge this decision.
