Submitted Content and Ideas

By posting Submitted Content, you grant Kong a worldwide non-exclusive, assignable, fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to use, copy, publicly perform, display, distribute and modify the Submitted Content.

You grant Kong a permanent, irrevocable license to use and modify anything you post, which survives even if you delete your account.

Changes to these Terms

Kong reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

Kong can change these terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

All legal disputes must be handled in San Francisco, which may be inconvenient depending on your location.
