What the terms actually say

Section 18 — Miscellaneous

any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be finally settled in accordance with the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, Inc. (“JAMS”) by three arbitrators.

You cannot take the company to court; you must use a private arbitration service.

Section 18 — Miscellaneous

The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement will be entitled to recover costs and attorneys’ fees.

This is a 'loser pays' provision that discourages users from bringing legitimate claims.

Section 8 — Ownership

Customer shall, and hereby does, grant to AIHelp a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid up license to use and exploit the Feedback for any purpose.

Any suggestions or bug reports you send become the company's property forever.

Section 11 — Term; Termination

AIHelp may suspend or limit Customer’s access to or use of the Service if (i) Customer’s account is more than sixty (60) days past due.

The company reserves the right to terminate your access to the service.

Section 18 — Miscellaneous

AIHelp may use Customer’s name and logo to identify Customer as a AIHelp customer on its website and in other marketing materials. Customer further consents to the use of Customer’s name in AIHelp’s marketing and sales materials.

The company can use your brand identity for their own advertising.
