you agree to defend, indemnify and hold CloudLinux and its affiliates... harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees)

You are financially responsible for any legal claims brought against the company related to your content, including their legal defense costs.

In all cases, your continued use of the Services after publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

The company can change these terms at any time, and you are bound by those changes even if they fail to notify you.
