GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Website shall be by one disinterested arbitrator in binding arbitration.

You waive your right to a jury trial and must resolve all disputes through private, binding arbitration.

USER CONTRIBUTIONS

By providing any User Contribution on the Website, you grant us... all intellectual property rights including without limitation, the rights to publish or display... for any purpose.

Anything you post becomes the company's property to use however they want, forever.
