Section 25 — Legal Disputes

BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION WITH APPDOME, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN OR SEEK TO RECOVER MONETARY OR OTHER RELIEF IN ANY LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST APPDOME ALLEGING CLASS, COLLECTIVE, AND/OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS ON YOUR BEHALF.

You are forced into binding individual arbitration and waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Section 10 — Ownership

When you post or publish User Content on the Service, you represent that you own and/or have a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right ... to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, and communicate to the public

Section 29 — Amendments

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Service. All amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately when they are initially posted

The company can change the terms of service at any time without providing direct notice to you.

Section 15 — Investigation of Suspected Violations

We are entitled, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, to disclose any information or materials on or in the Appdome Properties, including your User Content, in our possession ... to all enforcement or other government officials as Appdome in its sole discretion believes to be necessary or appropriate.

The company reserves the right to share your data with government officials at its own discretion.

Section 15 — Terminations

You may request termination of your account at any time and for any reason by sending an email to our Support Group.

Cancellation is not a self-serve process and requires you to contact support.
