APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES — Section 3

YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND 360 ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

You are forced to resolve disputes through individual arbitration and cannot join class action lawsuits.

MISCELLANEOUS — Section 3

We will notify you of all modifications to this Agreement on our webpage... Your continued use of the Software shall be regarded as your acceptance of the modification to this Agreement.

The company can change the terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance without explicit notification.

LEGAL LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER — Section 10

As a condition of use of the Software, you agree to indemnify 360... from and against any and all actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of any term of this Agreement.
