What the terms actually say

Section 9 — How can you cancel the contracted services?

Payments are non-refundable and no refunds or credits will be provided for partial monthly or annual subscription periods.

All sales are final; you will not receive a refund if you cancel mid-subscription.

Section 20 — What is the applicable law and jurisdiction?

In the event that any Upload Data or AI Results content is deemed unlawful... Users agree that Genially may disclose such content to law enforcement or other governmental authorities
