Partner Central Agreement

We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Partner Central Agreement without prior notice

Expedia can change the terms of the agreement at any time without providing any notice to you.

Liability Disclaimer

the liability of Expedia Group will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the fees (if any) you paid to Expedia for access to Partner Central, or (b) One-Hundred Dollars (US$100.00).

If Expedia is found liable for damages, your recovery is limited to $100 or the fees you paid, whichever is higher.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Expedia Group and the Expedia Affiliates ... from and against any claims ... including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees

You are required to pay for Expedia's legal defense and any damages if they are sued due to your use of the platform or your actions.

Expedia reserves the right to share your data with government or law enforcement agencies without any requirement to notify you.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in King County, Washington, USA

Any legal disputes must be handled in King County, Washington, regardless of where you are located.
