User Content (a)

you hereby grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and fully sub-licensable... license... to... otherwise exploit User Content for any purpose

You grant Goldman Sachs a permanent, global right to use, modify, and sell your content for any purpose, including advertising, without compensation.

No Obligation to Monitor User Content (f)

GS may and expressly reserve the right... to monitor, scan, intercept, review, analyze, record, store, evaluate, alter or remove User Content... for any purpose (including analytics, advertising (including sharing with ad brokers), marketing...)

Goldman Sachs reserves the right to monitor your activity and share your data with third-party advertising brokers.

No liability for content

In no event will GS be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages which may be incurred or experienced on account of you using the data or services
