What the terms actually say

Section 15 — Arbitration

the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by bikewale.com.

You cannot sue the company in court; you must use their chosen arbitrator.

Section 5(c) — User Content

you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable... right to exercise the copyright

The company owns a permanent license to use anything you post, forever.

Section 12 — Limitation of Liability

bikewale.com's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of fees, if any, paid by you to bikewale.com.

If they cause you harm, they owe you nothing if you used the free service.
