What the terms actually say

Section 14.3 — Termination

The Customer may terminate the Agreement at any time by sending a two (2) month notice termination letter by registered mail to EuroDNS.

You cannot cancel your account online; you must send a physical letter via registered mail two months in advance.

Section 19.2 — Government Disclosure

EuroDNS reserves the right to disclose the Customer Details... in such a case where such information has been requested by a competent judiciary and or administrative authority.

The company may share your private information with government authorities without a clear commitment to notify you.

Section 21.2 — Jurisdiction

Any dispute... shall be subject to the exclusive competence of Luxembourg City courts.

You are forced to resolve all legal disputes in Luxembourg, regardless of where you live.

Section 11.9 — Liability Cap

EuroDNS' liability will in no event be higher than the amount paid by the Customer during the year preceding the one where an indemnification claim is asserted.

The company limits its financial liability to the amount you paid them in the previous year.

Section 13.1 — Data Retention

EuroDNS undertakes to limit the retention of Personal Data to the period required for providing the Service.

The company commits to deleting your data once it is no longer needed for the service.

Section 7.1 — Modifications

EuroDNS shall inform the Customer of such modifications via the EuroDNS Site or by displaying a message in the Customer Account... the Customer may terminate the Agreement within a month following the displaying of the message.

If the company makes fundamental changes to the terms, you have one month to cancel your account.
