Batch shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into its services any Client input.

If the Client fails to comply with the time and formalities of the notice for non-renewal of the Agreement ... the Agreement shall renew automatically.
The contract will automatically renew unless you provide formal notice via registered mail at least 3 months in advance.
The Client can, anytime, take back its own data in an open format in its Personal Space.
