What the terms actually say

Section 15 — Arbitration

You agree that, by agreeing to this Agreement, you and we are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

You are prohibited from taking the company to court or joining others in a class action lawsuit.

Section 14 — Materials Provided By You

By doing so, you grant WPS the unrestricted right to use your materials in connection with the operation of their Internet business, including, without limitation, the license right to: copy, edit, publicly perform, translate, publish, reproduce, transmit, download, upload, post, publicly display, incorporate it (in whole or in part) in other works in any form, media or technology now known or…

You give the company total control to use, modify, and publish anything you submit to them without compensation.

Section 7 — Modifications

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site, or any portion thereof, with or without notice.

The company can change or shut down the service at any time without telling you.

Section 12 — Suspension and Termination

You agree that, in our sole discretion, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Site, or any part of the Site, without notice.

The company can delete your account or block your access at any time for any reason without warning.

Section 11 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPS and each of our respective directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, representatives and licensors, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs

If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay their legal bills.
