cPanel may terminate this Agreement or terminate, suspend or disable your access to the Site or Services at any time for any reason with or without notice.
cPanel can ban you or delete your account whenever they want, for any reason, without telling you beforehand.
You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless cPanel and its directors, officers, staff, employees and agents... against any liability, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses of litigation).
If someone sues cPanel because of something you did, you have to pay for their lawyers and any damages they are ordered to pay.
Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, you agree that any claim or cause of action... must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
You lose your right to sue cPanel if you do not file your claim within one year, even if the law would normally give you more time.
In other words, your license grant under this paragraph becomes irrevocable if cPanel relies on it.
If cPanel uses your content for marketing, you lose the ability to take it back, even if you delete your account.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
You are forced to handle all legal disputes in Texas, regardless of where you live.
