What the terms actually say

Section 11.3 — Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Acast's total liability hereunder exceed an amount corresponding to the administration fees paid by You during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to Your claim.

Acast limits its financial responsibility to you to the amount of fees you paid them in the three months before a dispute.

Section 12 — Indemnification

YOU WILL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS ACAST and our affiliates... from and against all third-party actions, damages, claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses.

You are legally and financially responsible for defending Acast against any lawsuits or claims arising from your content.

Section 10.2 — Changes to Terms

Acast may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When there is a new version of the Terms, You will receive a reasonable notice thereof.

Acast promises to notify you before updated terms go into effect.

Section 9.2 — Termination

You may terminate the use of the Acast+ Service at any time and for any reason.

You have the right to stop using the service whenever you want.

Section 14.2 — Governing Law

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement... shall be finally settled by the court of Stockholm.

All legal disputes must be resolved in Swedish courts.
