What the terms actually say

Section 12 — Limitation of Liability

YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND THE SERVICE ENTITIES’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITES UNDER ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF: (1) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR USE OF THE SITES; OR (2) TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10).

The company limits its total financial liability to you to a maximum of $10, regardless of the damages incurred.

Section 3 — Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change or modify the Terms or Privacy Policy from time to time. Posting the modified Terms or Privacy Policy on the Sites will give effect to the revised terms immediately or within the time frame specified in such posting.

The company can change the terms at any time simply by posting them on their website, without notifying you.

Section 13 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovid and its subsidiaries... from and against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees.

You must pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they are sued due to your use of the service.

Section 16 — Miscellaneous

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action against us arising out of or related to use of the Sites or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

You waive your right to sue the company if you do not file your claim within one year of the incident.

Section 14 — Termination

You may stop using the Sites at any time in your sole discretion.

You have the right to stop using the service at any time without penalty.
