Section 21 — Resolution of Disputes

Users and BitTorrent each waive irrevocably the right to participate in a class action.

You are prohibited from joining class action lawsuits against the company.

Section 3 — Ownership

you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license, with the right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content

The company gains broad rights to use and modify your uploaded content forever.

Section 11 — Termination

BitTorrent may at any time stop providing the Services... in our sole discretion with or without notice to you

The company can delete your account and data at any time without warning.

Section 14 — Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL BITTORRENT’S... TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY... EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100)

The company limits its financial responsibility to you to a maximum of $100.

Section 23 — Payments and Subscriptions

To cancel, you can send an email to [email protected].

Cancellation is not a self-serve process and requires manual email intervention.

Section 7 — Investigations

BitTorrent has the right to retain and/or disclose any information... to (i) comply with applicable Law, legal process or governmental request

The company reserves the right to share your data with government authorities.
