All legal disputes must be handled in Zurich, Switzerland, which may be prohibitively expensive or inconvenient for international users.
You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of, or related to, the use of the FIFA Digital Platforms, Services or FIFA Content, must be filed within one (1) year of such claim or cause of action.
You are forced to bring any legal claims within one year, which is significantly shorter than many standard statutory limitations.
