What the terms actually say

Section 15.C.1 — Mandatory Arbitration

You and Wispr agree to resolve any claims relating to or arising out of these Terms or the Services through final and binding individual arbitration.

You cannot sue the company in court; you must use a private arbitrator.

Section 15.E — Class Action Waiver

YOU MAY NOT BRING A CLAIM AS A PLAINTIFF OR A CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit against the company.

Section 2.B — Content License

By using the Services, you grant Wispr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to access, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, export, display, store and otherwise use Customer Content...

The company has broad rights to use and sublicense your content to provide the service.

Section 8 — Our Rights

Wispr may exercise the following rights at any time and in our sole discretion, and without liability or notice to you...

The company reserves the right to change or terminate your access without warning.

Section 15.C.2 — Arbitration Opt-Out

You can decline this agreement to arbitrate by contacting Wispr [email protected] within 30 days of first registering your account...

You have a limited window to opt out of the mandatory arbitration requirement.

Section 16 — Modifications

If a modification meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you (by, for example, sending you an email or displaying a prominent notice within the Services).

The company promises to notify you if they make changes that reduce your rights.
