Use of USCourts.gov constitutes consent to system monitoring and to official access to data created or received by you on this system.

By using the site, you agree that the government can monitor your activity and access the data you provide.

Rule 8

Any fraudulent activities... or selling any of the data or information from USCourts.gov for personal gain or concern are prohibited.

The policy explicitly prohibits the sale of data, protecting user information from commercial exploitation.

Termination

The AO reserves the right to disable a USCourts.gov account without notice for violation of these ROB.

The Administrative Office can terminate your access to the system instantly if you violate the rules.

Rule 4
