What the terms actually say

Section 3 — Licenses

By submitting Material to the Service you grant the Company a world-wide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, assignable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to use, copy, publicly perform, display, distribute in any media and modify the Material

You grant the company a permanent, unchangeable right to use and modify anything you post, which survives account termination.

Section 17 — Changes in Terms

The Company may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The company reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time without informing you.

Section 16 — Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify the Company from and against all third party claims and all liabilities, assessments, losses, costs or damages

You are required to pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they are sued because of your actions.

Section 2 — Registration and Termination

You may terminate your registration if you no longer wish to use the Service.

You have the right to cancel your account at any time.

Section 11 — Availability

The Company may, in its sole discretion, change, correct or discontinue the Service in whole or in part.

The company can change or shut down the service whenever they want for any reason.
