What the terms actually say

Section 4 — Content Made Available

you irrevocably grant OSI the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license, with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers of sublicensees

You give OSI a permanent, global right to use, modify, and share your content, which they can also pass on to others.

Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms

OSI may update the TOS at any time and without prior notice by posting a new version

OSI can change these terms whenever they want without notifying you.

Section 7 — Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OSI... harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees

If someone sues OSI because of something you did, you have to pay their legal bills.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that OSI may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: a. comply with legal process

OSI will share your private data with law enforcement or government agencies if they decide it is necessary.

Section 14 — General Information

You and OSI agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California.

Any legal dispute must be handled in a specific court in California, regardless of where you live.
