POSTING USER GENERATED CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE

You hereby grant UK.NET a worldwide, royalty-free, freely transferable, freely sublicensable (through unlimited levels of sublicense), non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, publicly perform and display... and create derivative works of the User Generated Content

You grant the company an extremely broad license to your content that allows them to use, modify, and sublicense it indefinitely.

MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS

UK.NET reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time and at its sole discretion.

The company can change the terms at any time without providing notice to you.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UK.NET... from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees)

You are required to pay for the company's legal defense and damages if a third party sues them because of your actions.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

In no event shall the aggregate liability of UK.NET... exceed any compensation you pay, if any, to UK.NET for access to or use of the Sites.

If you use the service for free, the company effectively limits its liability to zero dollars.
