Section 15.2 — Mutual Arbitration Agreement

YOUR AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATION MEANS THAT FOR ALL DISPUTES, EXCEPT FOR EXCLUDED CLAIMS, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHTS TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO A JURY TRIAL.

You are forced into private arbitration for almost all legal disputes, waiving your right to a public court trial.
